At My Brigadeiro, every order is made fresh - never frozen, never pre-made. Because we craft each chocolate by hand, we kindly ask for up to 2 business days to prepare your order before shipping.

Production & Shipping Schedule

• Up to 2 business days to craft your chocolates fresh
• Orders ship Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays
• Carrier transit times vary based on your selected method
• Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday
• Rush shipping may be available - please call us for same-day possibilities

Warm-Weather Protection

Delicate chocolate deserves special care.

• We use insulated packaging + ice packs during warm months
• Despite our precautions, heat exposure may still cause softening or melting
• We recommend expedited shipping when temperatures are warm or for southern destinations.

• Physical addresses only - no P.O. Boxes

Responsibility & Delivery Issues

Once your package is transferred to the carrier, the following are outside of our control:

• Shipping delays
• Weather-related issues (including melting)
• Handling damage during transit
• Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages
• Packages left outdoors upon delivery

For any concerns regarding the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we may assist you.
