Return & Refund Policy — My Brigadeiro Café & Bistro

All Sales Final / No Returns or Exchanges — Chocolates & Perishables

  1. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, desserts, and other baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

    - Individual chocolates, truffles, and boxed assortments
    - Pastries, cakes, tarts, and mousse desserts
    - Any items which are made-to-order, customized, or personalized

  2. We only offer refunds or replacements in the rare case that the item you receive is significantly defective, damaged, or unsafe (for example: melted beyond safe consumption, obvious contamination, or errors in ingredient/allergy disclosure).

  3. If you believe there is a valid issue (defect, damage, wrong order), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt - via email at paula@mybrigadeiro.comor by phone at 603-277-2187 - with your order number and a photo showing the problem.

  4. For in-store purchases: please bring your receipt and the affected item. For online / delivery orders: keep the original packaging and order confirmation. We will review and, if we confirm a defect, either replace the item or issue a refund (at our discretion).

  5. We recommend checking your order carefully upon receipt. Once the item leaves our premises or delivery driver - and especially once opened - we are unable to accept returns due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
